Getting started with your subscription from Red Hat Exchange

After purchasing a subscription for one of the applications available through Red Hat Exchange (RHX), you will receive an email with subscription information directly from the software vendor. The email will outline entitlement, download and other access information that will enable you to get started with your subscription. Please allow ample time for your order to be processed. If you have not received an email from the software vendor after a reasonable period of time, please contact rhx-info@redhat.com with your order information so that we may assist you.
